Privacy
What we store when you run a scan, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. Short, because there is not much of it.
Who we are
Player2 is made by P2 Labs, a one-person company. When you email the address at the bottom of this page, Phin reads it — there is no support queue in between.
What we store
When you run a scan we store four things: the email address you typed, the website address you typed, the campaign goal if you typed one into the box on our homepage, and what the scan read from that website — your offer, how you write, the pages we opened, and any social accounts your own site links to.
You can also join the waitlist without running a scan. That form stores two things: the email address you typed, and your answer to what you sell and how you post today — in your own words, up to 600 characters. It goes on the same record, and nothing else about you is collected with it.
If your site links to a public Instagram profile, we also read that profile's public numbers: follower count, recent posts, and how those posts performed. We read those public numbers through Instagram's official API using our own credentials — it returns only what a public business profile already shows to anyone. We never ask you to connect an account to run a scan, and we cannot see anything private.
We keep that record so the scan result can be reopened from its link and so we can follow up with you about it. We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you gave us with data from anywhere else.
Who else sees it
The text of your public pages is sent to Anthropic and xAI, which are the model providers that do the reading and the writing. They process it to answer our request. Everything we store lives in Supabase, our database provider. When a scan completes, Resend, our email provider, delivers a notification that includes your email address. Payments, if you ever make one, go through Stripe — we never see or store your card.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and there are no third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. A sign-in cookie exists only after you sign in.
We ask for an email because that is where the scan result goes, and because it is how we reply if you want to talk. We will email you about your own scan and about Player2. To stop hearing from us, reply to any email and say so — a person reads it and that is the end of it.
Deleting it
Email phin@p2labs.ai and ask, from the address you used or about the site you scanned, and we will delete the record and confirm it. You do not have to give a reason and there is no form. If you would rather see what we hold first, ask for that instead and we will send it.
Children
Player2 is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it in the same release — it is written from the code that runs, not kept as a separate document that drifts. This version is current as of 4 September 2026.
